Welcome to DistilleryHub. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use DistilleryHub.

2. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes on someone else's rights.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use the marketplace/RFQ features for fraudulent listings or deals.
• Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service (e.g., automated scripts hammering the app).
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including via admin review of reported content.

4. Content You Post

• You retain ownership of content you post (posts, articles, photos, videos, listings).
• By posting, you grant DistilleryHub a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app to other users, as needed to operate the service.
• You're solely responsible for the accuracy of job listings, marketplace listings, and RFQs/bids you post.

5. Marketplace & RFQs

DistilleryHub provides a platform for listings and requests for quotes (RFQs) between users. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the quality of any goods/services, or that any deal will be completed. Conduct your own due diligence before transacting.

6. Calls & Messaging

Video/voice calls and chat are provided for professional networking purposes. Do not use these features for harassment or to share prohibited content described in Section 3.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DistilleryHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DistilleryHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including disputes related to marketplace transactions between users.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
